Two wonderful flats only 20 Meters away from the beach and right in Sottomarina center. They are located in a luxury premise completely restored, on the 5.floor, with a wonderful panoramic view on the Adriatic Sea.


The flats are very finely furnished, in a modern style and they offer all comforts. They are composed by a kitchen+living room, double bedroom, bathroom and a terrace.  

In the living room there's a sofa bed so every apartment can hold four people.

Every flat is equipped with: air conditioning system, hairdryer, tv, Jacuzzi bath, security door, video entry-phone, a full set of kitchenware, fridge, oven, washing machine.
A payment is possible to have bed linens and towels.

Our guest will enjoy a “Beach set” composed by a beach umbrella + 2 beach beds, and a free daily entry to the swimming pool for every guest.

Rates include cleanings before and after your staying in the flat, inclusive bills (water, electricity, gas, air conditioning), the beach set, and a pass for the swimming pool for every guest.
